What we keep

• For an order: your email, the Steam64 or server address you licensed, what you bought, and Stripe's payment reference.
• For a custom request: the name and contact you gave and what you asked for.

Card details go to Stripe and never reach us.

Why

To deliver your order, to write your licence, to answer your requests, and to keep our accounts.

Who sees it

Citadel staff, to fulfil orders and requests. Each paid order is posted to our staff Discord with what was bought, the Steam64 or server address it is licensed to, and your email masked.

The services that run the store handle it for us, and only for that:

• Stripe takes your payment, works out tax from your address, and sets its own cookies on its checkout page;
• Resend sends your order email;
• Cloudflare carries traffic to the site and sees your IP address.

We don't sell your details or share them with anyone else.

How long

We keep an order for as long as its download and licence last, and for as long as the law requires us to keep accounting records. A custom request is deleted once it is finished, unless it became an order.

Your cart

Your cart is kept in your own browser until you check out. This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies.

Ask or delete

Ask us through the Citadel Discord to see or delete what we hold about you, except what we must keep for our accounts.
