Terms of sale

Citadel Reskins sells digital skins for the game DayZ. The seller is [OWNER: legal name of the seller]. By buying you agree to these terms and to the licence.

What you buy

A licence to use the skins in your order, delivered as a zip you download from your order page. The licence is for the player or server you name at checkout and cannot be moved to another.

Payment

Payments are taken by Stripe. Prices are shown in US dollars before tax. Any sales tax or VAT owed where you live is worked out by Stripe from your address and added at checkout, before you pay.

Delivery

The download is available as soon as Stripe confirms payment, on your order page and through the link in your order email.

Requirements

Skins for a mod need that mod on the server. Each product page names what it needs. We test every skin on a DayZ server before it goes on sale.

Refunds

Liability

If a skin doesn't work as described, our responsibility is to fix it or refund it. We aren't responsible for problems caused by other mods, server settings or game updates, and our total liability for an order is what you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights the law gives you that can't be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms. An order is covered by the terms in force when it was placed.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of [OWNER: country or state].
