Refunds

If it doesn't work

If a skin doesn't work on your server as its product page describes and we can't fix it, we refund it. Get in touch through custom work or the Citadel Discord with your order number within 14 days of buying.

Changing your mind

At checkout you ask for the download straight away and agree that you lose the right to cancel once you download it. Until you download, you can cancel within 14 days for a full refund. After you download, we don't refund an order that works as described.

What a refund does

A full refund closes the order's download and ends its licence. If we refund only part of an order, its download stays open.
